1.

to confirm that the dates you would like are available.
2. All holidays run from Saturday to Saturday 3. Accommodation will be cleaned and ready for you by 3pm on the day of your arrival. Please do not arrive before 3pm as the accommodation will not be ready for occupation 4. All accommodation is to be vacated by 10am on your departure day to allow time to clean and prepare for the next guests 5. Please use the booking form and return it to us by post together with a deposit to the value of 50% of the total cost within 7 days in order for us to hold the reservation for you 6. A receipt will be sent to you by return together with a statement of the balance owing 7. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks before arrival together with a an additional deposit of £100 which will be held against damage and the property being left in the same condition as found. 8. A final receipt will be sent to you by return. The keys will be forwarded to you a week before your holiday is due to commence 9. At the end of your stay, please return the keys, and assuming there is no damage or breakages we will return you £100 deposit 10. Should the start of your holiday be within 6 weeks of your booking then the full amount together with the £100 damage deposit will be payable within 7 days 11. The full amount due, together with the £100 damage deposit must be received 6 weeks prior to your holiday commencing 12. If you cancel your booking up to 6 weeks before the planned sart of your holiday the deposit will be non-refundable. If however the booking is cancelled within the 6 weeks of the planned stay the full cost of your holiday will be non-refundable (less the damage deposit). You are advised to arrange insurance cover to cover such an eventuality 13. Any breakages or damage must be reported 14. No pets are allowed in the apartments 15. Only those persons named on the booking form are permitted to occupy the holiday accommodation 16. All rubbish must be removed from the premises at the end of your stay |
